She was born in Oakland Ca to Gilbert and Bobbie Baros. She is preceded in death by her son Teddy Dempster. Patty was married to Robert Dempster on April 6th 1978. It was love at first sight. That love only grew stronger over the next 40 years. She adored him and loved to spoil him. Taking care of him, her children and grandkids became her life’s work.
During her beloved son Teddy’s hard fought battle with cancer, she never left his side. She was his mother, his comfort and his nurse. She was so strong for him and the entire family during that trying time. When he passed she never stopped loving and missing him. Patty stood out in a crowd and her face could brighten any room. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt, nana and best friend to many. She was an amazing cook and loved feeding anyone who was at her home. Her thumb was as green as they come and she enjoyed spending time in her yard listening to music with loved ones and kids swimming in the pool. She also loved sports. She grew up a Raider fan but her true passion was watching her children and grandchildren play. She loved being around water. Especially being out on the boat with her grandkids and Biscuit and vacations to The Sea Ranch. She also loved spending time with her Ladies and couldn’t wait to plan their next trip or get together. She lived for her husband, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She will be missed by many but forever in their hearts.
