Frances Delores Delevati Hall died June 25, 2017, in Martinez, California, at the age of 84, after a long and brave battle against Alzheimer’s Disease.
Frannie, as she was known to everyone, was born October 2, 1932, to Olga and Julio Delevati. She was a devoted daughter with a large extended family and loved spending time with her grandmother Delevati and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Her brother, Robert, was born four years later. While attending Alhambra High School, Frannie met the love of her life, Wilbert (Willie) Hall. They married on August 28, 1954, and in1957 welcomed their first child, Linda. That same year Willie and Frannie purchased Granshaws Flowers, successfully running the business for over 30 years. In 1961 their second child, John, was born. Frannie was active in many service groups and organizations, but the Martinez Lioness Club held a special place in her heart. She served as President several times and devoted her boundless energy to projects which benefitted her community.
Frannie is survived by her beloved husband Wilbert Hall, daughter Linda Hall-Martin (Chris) and brother Robert Delevati. She was predeceased by her parents, Julio and Olga Delevati and her son, John Hall.
Memorial services for Frannie will be held on July 10, 2017, at 11:00 am, at Connolly and Taylor Mortuary, 4000 Alhambra Avenue, Martinez, CA 94553.
